SHIPPING OPTIONS
Shipping Details
The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and does not include transit time. Shipping will not begin until we receive all the information we need and full payment.
Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will not begin processing until the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.
All shipments are made through CANADA POST.
Tracking numbers are available ONLY with the following Canada Post Services:
- Xpress Post
- Xpress Post International
- Purolator
- Expedited
iLoveBianca.com and its representatives are not responsable for lost items in the mail if an option with no tracking number was selected by the custmer during checkout.
Allo 30 open days after shipping date before reporting a lost package. This is a rule from Canada Post and we cannot open a search for a lost package before that time.
Estimated time for shipping does not take into consideration extra time for a package held longer at customs.
Return & Refund Policy:
Product Returns and Refunds done on rare occasions only, and will be dealt per case accordingly. Please contact us if needed.
Product damaged during shipping: Contact Canada Post with your tracking number, and file for a refund (all packages are insured). We can do this process for you and ship you another copy of your purchased product.
We will replace any defective item, still in its original packaging. The customer must first contact us through our contact page to explain the reason for wanting a replacement, then uppon agreement with us, the customer must ship back the item to us and we will send a replacement.
- We do not refund returned items.
