Bond Girl on James Bond Island (2015)

A one-hour scooter ride from Khao Lak took us to James Bond Island, the beach and huge rock that appeared in The Man with the Golden Gun in the seventies. It is now one of Thailand's busiest tourist spots.

For a photoshoot I wanted the place without the crowds, so we hired a private boat and waited for the last tours to leave. I also share a photo tip: the best light is at sunrise or sunset, and sunset light is the most flattering on skin. When we landed, around five o'clock, a few locals were still selling souvenirs and playing soccer, and I admit I was a little nervous.

We rushed it, but we got our two shoots done. I loved seeing the iconic rock, playing in the mud and being a Bond girl, even if only for an hour.
