When I traveled to Thailand in early 2015, I fell in love with Asia so much that I just knew right away that it was only a question of time for me to be back discovering more of this amazing and exciting continent. Â So when winter came back in Montreal blowing its dreadful cold breeze all over the city, Â in last February I packed my carry-on and flew my sexy French-Canadian ass to the Philippines.
It was very much tempting to return to Thailand, but the unknown was calling my name and so this time I opted to spend a good 3 weeks on the Philippine islands. And boy was I not disappointed of my choice! Of course, the Philippines being composed of more than 7,000 islands, I couldn’t see much of this beautiful country but just enough to assure you that not only Filipinos are extremely hospitable and charming with foreigners but the country itself is a diamond in the rough.
