The merchandise is fine but as I have said to Bianca before, it ends up disproportionately expensive to buy in the Uk because of tax and postal service delivery. I ended up paying an additional 38 dollars Canadian on top of what I paid you. As I have said this is not the first time but it will be the last time I get suckered like this. I am that angry with myself that I would be grateful if you would remove from your mailing list so I don’t get fooled again next Christmas.

Hi Brian,
I’m sorry you feel disappointing with your purchase due to shipping charges. However, I would like to bring to your attention that in your order, you were ONLY charged $19 for shipping fees, while the ACTUAL PRICE for shipping was just a little over $38 as you noted when you received the package. In other words, I charged you HALF (50%) of the actual shipping fees, WHILE I PAID/ABSORBED the other half of the expense! (You can look at your original invoice in the original email confirmation, and also in your account online to see how much you paid for shipping: https://www.ilovebianca.com/my-account/orders/). This is something new I do this year to try and help our International customers, in trying to lower the bill for my international fans. In this trial, I take it upon myself to absorb as much as I can off the international shipping service which, I agree, tends to be high at full price and on which I have no control (I don’t make the prices at the Post Office) – just as much as I have no control over Import Fees Regulations of each country to which I am also subjected when I purchase from outside my country. I hope this clarifies things regarding your order’s shipping charges and you feel less “suckered”…
