Heroes of the North: Otakuthon Featurette (2010)

Heroes of the North is a Canadian superhero web series, and at Otakuthon 2010 I sat down with the cast and the creators to talk about it. I play Crimson, a deadly latex assassin: a mean version of Little Red Riding Hood, with a real wolf as her sidekick.

You'll hear from director Christian Viel, who explains how the team started making the series with their own funds, as a Canadian take on a superhero team; from cosplay model Marie-Claude Bourbonnais; and from other cast members in costume. There's also behind-the-scenes footage, including the day I got to pet a real wolf in front of a green screen.

The first season has 20 episodes, with a comic book every five episodes. The latex costumes are by Polymorphe, who also made a one-minute ad with Crimson that plays before each episode.
