I might be often on the road for my career which sometimes make me feel homesick, yet the advantage is not only to discover other cities but also I get to sleep at hotel rooms where I find inspiring décors to model . Case in point, this original looking shower. When I first saw it, I immediately thought of the infamous white tiles room that photographer Peter Czernich built in the 90’s. The original room doesn’t exist anymore yet the photos I have seen of it when I started modeling are vividly imprinted my mind. I did shoot with Peter in Germany in a different white tiles room that he had rebuild yet the original will always be missed.
So of course, this shower brought me back to memories of my trip to Germany I did some years ago. But also, it made me realize that my white tiles craving had never been fully satisfied. Perhaps, it will never be. I also realized that I had never ever before modeled an outfit that is not latex in such a setting.
