I met Puimond 2 years ago backstage at the San Francisco Fetish Ball. I then went to see his web site and decided that I had to get one of his creations. And every time I contacted him, I was pleased to get answers back the same day or the next. I have dealt with many designers out there and, to be honest with you, the quality and beauty of an outfit is just not good enough to me. It needs good/fast communication too. I once waited over A YEAR to get my items and when I did, they did look good, but all the waiting made me feel very cranky and disappointed.
