Complaints, Content Removal & Appeals

All content on this website features Bianca Beauchamp. In collaborations with other models, every model is 18 years of age or older, agreed to pose in the collaborative work and signed a release form. This page explains how anyone can report content, ask for content to be removed, and appeal a decision. It applies to every page of this website.

1. Report content

Anyone may report content they believe is illegal, was published without the consent of a person depicted, shows a minor, or otherwise violates our prohibited content rules. Use the form below (choose the subject “Report content / complaint / removal request”) or write to [email protected]. Please include the address (URL) of the page, a description of the concern, and how we can reach you.

2. How a report is reviewed

1. We acknowledge every report within 48 hours.
2. All reported complaints are reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days. While we review a report about consent, age or legality, we may take the content offline.
3. The review is done by the site owner, who stays in contact with the person who reported and informs them of each step.
4. The person who reported receives a written decision explaining the outcome.

3. Possible outcomes

• The content is permanently removed.
• The content is modified (for example, an image is cropped or a name is removed).
• The report is found to be unfounded and the content stays, with the reasons given in writing.
• Where the law requires it (for example, a minor or human trafficking), the matter is reported to the proper authorities.

4. Appeals and removal requests by people depicted

Any person depicted in content on this website may, at any time, ask us to remove the content showing their image or likeness. If the review finds that consent was not given, or is void under applicable law, the content is removed.

Anyone who disagrees with a decision may appeal by replying to the written decision within 30 days. The appeal is reviewed again within five (5) business days. If a disagreement remains after the appeal, we allow it to be resolved by a neutral body (an independent mediator or arbitrator) chosen with the person who appealed.

5. Human trafficking

This website does not condone human sex trafficking in any form. All instances of suspected human trafficking will be reported to the proper authorities.
